College Development Committee during the last year:
Functions:

• The CDC shall meet at least twice a year.
• To approve the budgetary provisions for the development of the Institute.
• To approve the recommendations made by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
• Prepare an all-inclusive development plan of the Institute encompassing academic, administrative and infrastructural growth, and facilitate Institute to promote excellence in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

2. Student Council Committee:

Functions:

  • To nurture students into a versatile personality with academic excellence and a commitment to a democratic society.
  • To apply for various proposals of Student Development activities to BAMU CHH Sambhajinagar for financial assistance.
  • To help economically weaker students through „Earn and Learn‟ scheme initiated by BAMU CHH Sambhajinagar.
  • The purpose of the student council committee in institute is to promote the welfare of the students, encourage leadership, and enhance student engagement in Institute activities.
  • It serves as a platform for elected student representatives to voice the concerns and interests of the student body.

3. Anti-ragging Committee:
Functions:

• To create awareness among the fresher’s.
• To explain the senior students regarding the adverse effects of ragging and punishments involved.
• To display anti ragging notices in various location of the campus.
• To conduct surprise raids in hostel and other places.
• To conduct an on-the-spot enquiry into any incidents of ragging referred to it by any member of the faculty or any student or any parent or guardian or any employee of a service provider as the case may be; and the enquiry report along with recommendations shall be submitted to the Anti-Ragging Committee for action.

4. Divyangjan Committee:

Functions:

  • The purpose of a Divyangjan cell in institute is to ensure equal opportunities and accessibility for students with disabilities.
  • It also helps in creating a conducive environment for their overall development and encourages their active participation in various academic and extracurricular activities.
  • To create an inclusive environment for students with physical disabilities, ensuring equal access to educational opportunities, facilities, and resources.
  • To provide necessary support services and accommodations to students with physical disabilities to facilitate their academic, personal, and social development.
  • To advocate for the rights and needs of students with physical disabilities within the institute administration and broader society.
  • To promote awareness and sensitivity among the Institute community regarding physical disabilities and the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

5. Internal Quality Assurance Cell

Functions:

  • Development and application of quality benchmarks
  • Parameters for various academic activities of the institution
  • Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and enable faculty to acquire the required knowledge and skills for participatory teaching and learning process
  • Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes
  • Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders
  • Organization of workshops, seminars, conferences to promote quality in education
  • Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement
  • Development and maintenance of institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining/enhancing the institutional quality
  • Periodical conduct of Academic Audit and its follow-up
  • Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the guidelines of NAAC

  • Towards a More Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education: The NEP aims to promote a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to education. It emphasizes the integration of different disciplines and the inclusion of co-curricular and extracurricular activities to foster overall development.
  • Aditya College of MBA is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and strictly adheres to the syllabus, curriculum structure, and academic standards prescribed by the University. The institution ensures that all teaching-learning processes, assessment methods, and academic activities are aligned with the guidelines provided by the affiliating university, maintaining consistency and academic rigor across all programs.
  • Institutional Restructuring and Consolidation: The NEP encourages institutional restructuring and consolidation to enhance the quality and efficiency of educational institutions. It envisions the creation of vibrant and autonomous institutions that can adapt to the changing needs of the education system.
  • Faculty Education: The NEP focuses on improving the quality of teacher education. It emphasizes the need for rigorous and comprehensive training programs for teachers, including continuous professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Motivated, Energized, and Capable Faculty: The NEP recognizes the importance of a motivated and capable faculty in delivering quality education. It emphasizes the need for faculty development programs, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth to ensure that educators are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of students.
  • Aditya College of MBA has taken a significant step in aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) by establishing a SWAYAM-NPTEL Local Chapter. By becoming a Local Chapter, Aditya College of MBA facilitates its students’ participation in NPTEL’s Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), covering diverse disciplines such as management, engineering, and humanities. This move not only broadens learning opportunities but also supports the NEP’s emphasis on multidisciplinary and flexible education pathways.

These points from the NEP 2020 highlight the institution’s commitment to holistic education, institutional restructuring, quality research, and faculty development. By implementing these aspects of the NEP, the institution demonstrates its alignment with the vision and mission of providing a well- rounded education and fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence.

Aditya Education Trust Aditya College of M.B.A Telgaon, Beed  promotes and practices decentralization in all academic and administrative activities, It has various academic and administrative committees to monitor, plan and execute smooth functioning of the Institute.

The Institute promotes participative management. Ideas pertaining to academic goals, organizational progression and better campus life are collected from all stakeholders to promote efficient functioning of the Institute. The staff and other stakeholders help in infusing a positive attitude that leads to increased efficiency, improved communication, heightened morale, motivation and job satisfaction.

Believing in decentralization, the Management takes policy decisions, finance, infrastructure etc. with the help of members of the Institute Development Committee. CDC discusses matters related to teaching and administrative staff and decisions are taken at these levels are implemented e.g. the planning of Multidisciplinary International Conference and its implementation.

Administrative Decentralization:      

Board of Governance comprises of the University has Constituent Institutes, Industry  Experts, Eminent Educationists, Representatives of statutory bodies, Director and other Faculty are responsible for planning and policy development, institutional budget, academic and research growth of the institute and other extension activities. College Development Committee comprising of representatives of management, director, students’ representatives, HOD representative, faculty, staff members, industry experts and alumni is formed to deal with development plan of the Institute regarding academic, administrative and infrastructural growth and to enable Institute for addition of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

The Director gives directives to the departmental heads to prepare the annual departmental budget. The HOD conducts a meeting with all the faculty members of the department and asks them to submit requirements along with relevant quotations, depending upon the need of the syllabus and current industry trends. For the acquisition of goods and services, including requisition preparation, funds approval, payments to suppliers, and follow-up inquiries, Institute practices decentralization by providing operational autonomy to the departments.

Further, HOD prepares a consolidated report and submits it to the Director for approval. The Director consolidates requirements of all the departments and forwards it to the management for approval. The sanctioned budget from the management is received by the institute.

Academic Decentralization:

A committee comprising of administrative staff and faculty members i.e. Academic Council Committee is responsible for holistic development of the Institute and to recommend on the enhancement of student facilities, students’ life and experiences at the Campus. Its responsibilities are

  • Prepare the Academic Calendar before starting of the semester with the approval of the Rector.
  • Track the Syllabus completion of Theory/Lab for all the departments.
  • To exercise general supervision over the academic work of the institution and to give direction regarding methods of instruction, evaluation, and improvements in academic standards.
  • To make arrangements for the conduct of examinations in conformity with the University directives from time to time.
  • To maintain proper standards of academic records. Namely handbook, course   file content as per the university requirements / regularity authority etc.
  • To take active measures for improvement of standards of teaching, research and training.
  • To consider the recommendations of the sub-committees and discuss the issues /developments at least once in a month.
  • To discuss and review the co/extracurricular and sports / cultural activities of the Institute.
  • Organizing Social and extension activities as per the academic calendar.
  • Maintaining discipline in the campus.
  • Maintain the Minutes of the Meeting.
  • Organizing Conferences / Workshops.

Anti-Ragging, Grievance Redressal and Discipline Committees take care of healthy, enjoyable and disciplined culture in the institute. It comprises of the Director, HODs, Senior Faculty members and student representatives.

Various academic committees like library committee, Time table committee, Attendance Monitoring Committee etc. take care of day-to-day academic functioning of the Institute.
